Portable Mode should be used if Circle Dock is installed onto and run from a USB memory
device. It ensures that the Target Paths it stores and uses are relative rather than absolute.
This mode need not be enabled if you intend to enable Kiosk Mode subsequently although the
program won't prevent you from doing so: it's simply unnecessary.
